In the aftermath of the devastating tropical storm Hagupit (Ruby) which lashed its fury on Eastern Samar last December 2014, Waraynon Initiative Network (WIN) sent relief clothing to typhoon victims & survivors in Dolores, Eastern Samar, Philippines through a local parish-based organization, Couples in Christ. Here are some photos of the relief distribution to the beneficiaries.
